Possible contact from the Clintons'

I thought to share with you an odd note. I received an odd email saying Chelsea Clinton Wants to See You! Apparently, I was wanted at a business conference where she was speaking in Boston on September 11. Having recently written another article that would have set the Clinton family on edge,¹ I supposed that they wanted me to trouble myself to come hear some pitch persuading me not to make any more revelations difficult for them. In my experience such things are communicated by insinuations meant to sidestep the legal consequences involved, perhaps to be coded into her speech. Also they have left themselves room to try to deny wrongdoing in sending this email, as it could likely be passed off just as a normal promotion of an event. In that case however, I would expect a less personal title such as See Chelsea Clinton at the Inbound Conference or something similar. Nevertheless, there is certainly the appearance of impropriety, as the advance of this scheme would setup an attempt to tamper with process or witness, certainly serious crimes in a democracy.
